Return:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to register your return here. https://return.shipmondo.com/holyofficial

Once you've received your return label/QR code, you have an additional 14 days to send back your parcel with GLS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to change size you have to inform us with finale confirmation latest 14 days after receiving your parcel. It is possible to exchange online or at our showroom. For any questions sent us a mail on customercare@holyofficial.com

Please note that costumers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning any items. The shipping cost (Denmark) is 0-2 kg: 49 kr. 2-4 kg. 59 kr. and 4-6 kg: 69 kr. 

For European orders the return shipping cost depends on your country, but the spent is from 100 to 150 dkk. Contact us if you have further questions about your prices for your country. 

 

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and purchase the new style/size. It is also possible to drop by the showroom to exchange. For any questions please sent us a mail customercare@holyofficial.com 

 

Shipping within Denmark:

We have free shipping within Denmark on all orders above 900 dkk.
The shipment will be delivered with GLS within 2 - 7 business days. When the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number.

Please note:

If you do not pick up your package, it will be automatically returned to us. The package is then registered as "not collected" and we will charge you the shipping costs as we will otherwise only have expenses associated with your purchase. The remaining order value is refunded to you in the same way as you paid at the time of purchase.

If you regret your order, please contact us on customercare@holyofficial.com as soon as possible and we will check if we can cancel the shipment. If it is not possible to cancel your shipment, as it has already been collected by the courier, you need to receive the package and then return it for it to not be registered as a "not collected".

 

International shipping:

The shipment will be delivered with GLS or DHL within 2 - 10 business days. When the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number.

Please note:

Custom fees are not included in the prices of our products when shipping outside of Denmark. Customers can be subject to international custom fees and additional taxes. 

As custom policies and import fees vary widely from country to country, we suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order.

Processing time:

We process and ship orders during our main service hours monday-friday 9 am-3 pm CET (except for danish public holidays). We aim to handle orders within one business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. 

 

Damages and issues upon arrival:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Showroom:

All purchases made at the showroom are not refundable, but we are more than happy to exchange for a giftcard.   

 

All the prices at the webshop are included VAT.
